Welcome to my drawing portfolio. Below are the terms and conditions of service that govern my work as a freelance artist.1. Definitions- "Client" refers to the person who hires my drawing services.- "Commission" refers to the drawing work carried out for the client.- "Services" refers to the drawing services I offer.2. Payment and Prices- The prices of my commissions are in my price list or will be previously agreed with the client.- An advance of 50% must be made before starting the commission and at the end the rest of the agreed amount must be paid.- I accept bank transfers and PayPal, in case of paying by PayPal the percentage for the transfer fee will be added.3. Copyright and Intellectual Property- All copyrights and intellectual property of the commissions belong to me, the artist.- The customer has the right to use the commission for personal and non-commercial purposes.- The customer may not sell, distribute or use the commission for commercial purposes without my prior permission.4. Review and Approval- The client has the right to review and approve the commission before its completion.- If the client does not approve the commission, I can make changes and revisions as necessary.5. Cancellation and Refund- If the customer cancels the commission after having made the payment, only the other half of the commission must not be paid (the advance is not refundable in these cases)- If the cancellation is due to a non-compliance on my part, the customer is entitled to a full refund. (Including advance)6. Confidentiality and Privacy- I undertake to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of customer information.- I will not share customer information with third parties without their prior consent.- The commission will not be shared by my Siratoons networks without the prior consent of the customer7. Liability and Limitation of Damages- I strive to provide high quality services, but I cannot guarantee that the commission is perfect or error-free.- In case the commission does not meet the customer's expectations, I can offer revisions and changes as needed.8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction- These terms and conditions of service are governed by the laws of Mexico- Any dispute or controversy arising in connection with these terms and conditions of service will be resolved through a private communication with arbitration9. Changes and Updates- I reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions of service at any time.- It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms and conditions of service periodically to be aware of any changes or updates.By contracting my services, the customer accepts these terms and conditions of service.
